All interest rate quotes are not created equal. You may be able to access posted interest rates online or call a bank to ask for “today’s interest rate”. Unfortunately, you’re getting a small piece of information for a big question. Those rates are generally a best-case scenario rate. That means excellent credit, low debt-to-income ratio, lower loan-to-value, and possibly higher closing costs. Trying to track down the actual rate you would get based on your loan details would take you a long time. We do all that work for you. Once you fill out an application with your loan details, we can review multiple lenders and provide you with expert advice about how to save the most money in the short-term and long-term.
